The car you’re looking at in the photos is a prototype of the 2007 Grande Punto with Fiat Group’s new 1.4 Turbo engine during a test run. The turbocharged Grande Punto, which will go on sale in Europe next summer, will be available in two versions, with 120 & 150 Hp. The same engine will also be fitted in other models of the group, including the Alfa Romeo 147 (July / August 2007).

Apart from the twin exhaust pipes and the red brake callipers, the turbocharged Grande Punto is quite discreet in looks. Let’s hope that Fiat will come up with a more aggressive bodykit for the production model. Via: Onet.moto
