Hundreds of Arkansas-issued license plates with the allegedly racist letter combination “NGR” are being removed from circulation after some motorists complained to the Office of Motor Vehicles. what a bunch of idiots. the same guys who see a face of jesus on pie and worship it. they see NGR and they read it as NIGGER. *rolls eyes*. there you go i said it. cry and die.
this is perfectly logical. i would not want NGR on my license plate leave her alone. someone should complain
