BMW 250tti Supercar Concept Study by Iranian Designer Emil Baddal

|
Some of you may recall independent designer Emil Baddal from one of our previous posts where we showed you his concept proposals for BMW, Lamborghini and Ferrari supercar models. Now the Iranian designer has just published his latest work on yet another BMW concept sportscar that he calls 250tti. While we're not fans of overcomplicated designs, the BMW 250tti has potential if Emil improves some details such as the oversized wheels/arches. Hit the jump to check out the rest of the photos and to leave your comments.

I dont like the front are, specify the bumber. The rear view its better, but the spoiler should not be an extension of the front vents.

Looks better than today's BMWs. BMW 1-er is terrible!

The proportions are too Hot Wheel-ish.
it makes the whole project look amateur.

looks vulgar...

Great renders, but.... change the front and it could be an american car, not a BMW, just any american car, nice line, nice rear view, but agree with the front.

Not a BMW for me

....yeah, a bit to OTT for my liking.

Tell somebody who cares!

"Hit the jump to check out the rest of the photos and to leave your comments " - someone cares or they wouldn't ask numbnuts.

Looks very small from the side on view, make it longer!

im not likin it at all. the front end is overdone, and ugly. the rear as well... heck the entire car is

I thought Chris Bangle left BMW...

All those whingers out there baggin' this car, how 'bout you design one yourself!

This guy has potential. I like the side and rear view, but I agree with the first poster ... the front is too bubbly. Given the low driving position it appears, those bubbles would erect the first ever blind spots by front fenders.

This is the car from the future. BMW keep Emil if you want to eat into Ferrari and Lambo space.

really nice renderings! Great work! Bravo for the time and effort put in. Here are some positive critique items:
1. rear diffuser - excellent, love the aggressive fins and underwing idea too. exhaust on the sides is good also.
2. wheels - great design and color, proportion is too large though. they look like 24 inches or larger, scale down to 20 inch apparent size along with the wheel arches
3. character line - leading from front wheel arch air vent to rear floating spoiler is neat idea. however, on this car your basic rear deck style appears strong. lose the spoiler and go with your nicely shaped rear end.
4. taillights - great
5. roof - great
6. front bonnet - great
7. front bumper - kidneys are good shape. from there on down though how about covering up the exposed oil cooler/radiator with nice black mesh emphasizing the negative space. also, the diamond shaped inlets are a neat idea but don't work with the corporate language of BMW

looks like a crushed can it would be better if it took cues from a lambo the real road burner

the car is getting there. It still needs to be simplified. The spolier should be independent, not attached, same with the back lights, don't make them part of middle indent where the liscense plate goes. Also you should continue the back middle horizontal line, it will give the car more flow. The car also needs to be longer, i would add the length the back end, right now it looks to much like a Z3 from the side. The front needs lots of work, it looks like the punishers car. The head lights resemble BMW but it doesn't look good as a super car.I would go after the R8 look with BMW headlights. The front needs to be more slanted

this car looks amazing! i would buy it looking exacyly like that.

Anonymous said... »August 24, 2009

rear view is better .. the front is too much wide

Anonymous said... »August 30, 2009

the front view is new camaro meets E90 3-series. hmmm. extremely angular, a huge departure from the bangle bimmers. would make an awesome sports car, otherwise not feeling it.

The 250tti looks beautiful but I feel like if I stand to close to it I might get cut. Otherwise the overall design is crazy cool.

Beautiful BMW, it does need some little changes but ohh well this car is amaizing...i love it

Anonymous said... »April 03, 2010

Cool. Looks like a short TANK!

But the airduct(hole) in the side of the car, near the door just looks ugly. You should close that or at least put a grill in it.
The wheel could splat mud and small rocks onto the body which could scratch the body.

Overall I Really love it. I would buy this car. =D

love the side line that continues in rear spoiler...gr8!!! but front bumper is horrible and front part is a lil bit high....
