Apparently, Subaru is in a teasing mode these days. Enjoy one of the shortest press releases ever: “The wing is back! Exclusive world debut at the New York International Auto Show.” The Japanese automaker accompanied the statement with a single photo of a covered-up Impreza WRX STI with a jumbo-size rear wing.
We assume that the forthcoming Cosworth-prepped Impreza WRX STI is out of the question since this special edition model is being prepared in cooperation with Subaru’s UK division, so what’s the deal with the New York Auto Show model? Well, guess we’ll have to wait a couple of days to find out.
