Continuing the assault of promotional material for the second installment of the Cars animated movie franchise, Disney and its Pixar unit announced today that two characters from the film will jump into life at the upcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed, which will be held at the Goodwood House from 30 June until 3 July.
The studio will bring life-size examples of the film’s hero, Lightning McQueen, and the newest character in Cars 2, Finn McMissile, which is supposed to be inspired by James Bond’s 1964 Aston Martin DB5 and is voiced in the movie by British actor Sir Michael Caine.
The Cars 2 movie will hit North American theaters on June 24, with its UK release set to take place about a month later on July 22.
