There's hooning. And then there's criminal hooning. These particular individuals shown in the video after the break no doubt belong to the second category with their idiotically dangerous antics.
Filmed somewhere in the Middle East (possibly in Saudi Arabia if we are to believe the Youtube commentators), the 10-minute long clip primarily focuses on the "achievements" of the driver and passengers of a silver Honda Accord and to a lesser extent, the crew in a Toyota Camry.
As if waving guns and shooting in the air on a public road isn't dumb enough, the wannabe drifters terrorize all the rest of the drivers throwing the Accord in front of passenger cars, trucks and even near a school bus.

Though I agree with you that those guys are insane beyond reasonable doubt, but, at the same time, I don't know why most of the comments convey a "racist tone"! I wish we can reach an Archimedean point to the extent that we don't generalise this incident to the whole Saudis or Arabs. I am still adamant that those guys should be detained behind bars for not less than 2 years for this irresponsible, bellicose deed. However, juxtaposing this wrong deed and the Arabs is a spurious and unfair thing. BTW, I am an Arab who don't believe in stratifying human beings, albeit we are all brothers and sisters, in my point of view at least.

A couple of corrections; this is (for a reason that beats me) is a popular sports in the Gulf area; those guys are from Saudi.
As for the words on the license plate; it's nothing. The exact translation is "Alnazeem's Neighborhood". I think it has something to do with neighborhoods competing.
Oh, and when an accident does happen (and that happens frequently) many people die including bystanders.
