Organized activism is never easy, even more so if you have to deal with gun-carrying civilians. In the video you're about to watch, a Russian activist group called "Стоп-хам" (Stop-Xam) decided to take action against illegally parked cars on Petrovka street in Moscow (if our translation is correct, that is), by placing large stickers on the vehicles' windshields.
An owner, or perhaps simply a driver of one of those cars - a silver-colored Toyota Camry, objected to the activists' move and sure enough, a brawl erupted. The young driver of the Camry punched one of the activists and when the rest came to his help, he pulled out a gun.
Fortunately, the activists were able to disable him and take away his the pistol before someone really got hurt.
While we obviously condemn illegal parking, taking the law into your own hands and trying to enforce a punishment – even if it's a simple windshield sticker- isn't something we approve of either as the point here is to bring some attention to the matter, nothing more, nothing less.
