While we are getting ready to cover next week's SEMA aftermarket show in Las Vegas, Fox Marketing decided to give us a sneak peek of its highly modified 2012 Honda Civic Si Coupe.
The tuning firm says that the main focus of the build is to demonstrate the "reliability, and performance capability from Honda's new K24Z7 power plant" with an intercooled turbo kit that along with numerous other improvements, pushes the four-cylinder unit's output to over 450-horses.
Fox Marketing says that despite the fact it delivers more than two-times the output of the regular 201HP 2.4-liter i-VTEC engine, the turbocharged powerplant can provide "100,000+ reliable miles without blinking an eye".
The boosted Civic Si Coupe sports a number of other modifications including but not limited to, a lowered suspension, 20-inch wheels shod in Toyo Proxes 4 Tires size 255/30/20 up front and 255/35/20 at the back, larger brakes, a blue pearl exterior finish, an aero kit and Yonaka Ronin Racing Seats with factory Civic Si fabric inserts.

ok, if you want to be a beacon for tickets.
This car qualifies as a sleeper, pull up next to a Porsche 911 turbo at a light and offer up the challenge. He jumps ya off the line with his AWD, but at around 50 mph he watches ya go by as he desperately tries to mash the accelerator harder wondering how this can be happening to him, his $170.000 car beaten by a Honda :)
I am not really fond of the lower section of the front bumper, but the rest I would buy.
aaronbbrown I completely agree with you...but I have to say I love that car
Why doesn't Fox marketing make a list of everything thy put into this car? I would buy every single aftermarket product they put into this car if I knew what too buy. I'm new to the Civic SI community, and not an expert on cars either. But if I have the parts, I pretty sure me and a few of my buddies could figure out where and how everything goes on..... Eventually.........lol. anyone have any advice?
Thanks
Why doesn't Fox marketing list what they put in the. Or offer a kit from this site. I would love to buy every single aftermarket product that went into this SI. Not to fond of the front bumper though.
