New Photo Gallery of Citroën C4 Aircross

Citroën may have kissed its old ways goodbye when it comes to developing it cars (well, for the most part), but its eccentric designers from the 1970s and 1980s seem to have been put to work to create its official press site that has to be one of the quirkiest and unnecessarily complicated we've ever used.

But all's well that ends well and after more than an hour of cursing and clicking, we are now able to share with you 50 photos of the new Citroën C4 Aircross that will make its grand premier at next week's Geneva Motor Show.

The C4 Aircross and its sister model, the Peugeot 4008, are both based on the Mitsubishi ASX crossover, which some may know as the Outlander Sport and others as the RVR.

The transformation from Mitsubishi to Citroën included fresh sheetmetal on the outside and new trims and colors inside while retaining the same dashboard and controls.

Citroen's version is 4,340mm long, 1,800mm wide and 1,630mm tall. Depending on the market, there will be four available engines including a 115PS 1.6-liter petrol, a 150PS 2.0-liter petrol (not offered in Europe), a 110PS 1.6-liter diesel and a 150PS 1.8-liter diesel.

Aside from the base version with the 1.6-liter petrol engine, the other three models will be available with an optional four-wheel drive system with three manually selected settings - 2WD, 4WD and LOCK.
