In exactly a week from today, the 2012 edition of the New York International Auto Show will kick off for the press revealing all the world premieres that the participating automakers have in store for us.

Just to get us in the mood, the Jaguar-Land Rover group laid out an outline of its plans for the show.

Beginning with Land Rover, the British automaker will perform the global debut of two ‘Limited Edition’ models alongside the North American premiere of its Range Rover Evoque Convertible Concept, while it will also display the DC100 Concept in a new expedition livery.

Jaguar, on its behalf, is being far more secretive as the company stated that it will “will make a significant news announcement” at the show, without getting into any specific details.

As always, we’ll keep an eye on the news and update you as soon as we learn more.
