Bit by bit, Jeep is dropping more information on the six prototypes its plans to show at the 46th Annual Moab Easter Jeep Safari in Utah from March 31 to April 8. Today, we get a couple of renderings of the new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and Wrangler Traildozer concepts.

Starting with the Trailhawk study, it adorns the Grand Cherokee with a more unique appearance through a new color theme that combines a Stone White finish for the body with Mineral Gray and Red accents that can be found throughout including the grille surround, mirror caps and even the new 18-inch alloy wheels.

Other unique touches include the black headlamp surrounds, black exterior front and rear badging, underbody protection plates and a new set of Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor off-road tires that features additional side-wall protection.

The second Jeep concept model teased today is the Wrangler Traildozer that was developed closely with American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) engineering team.

The highlight of the study is the 470-horsepower, 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine mated to a Getrag 238 six-speed manual transmission that drives the wheels through Rubicon-specific Dana 44 axles equipped with 4:10 gears and electronic locking differentials.

The Traildozer rides on massive 37-inch Mickey Thompson Baja Claw radials mounted on Mopar Classic five-spoke wheels, and features an AEV Dualsport RS 3.5-inch suspension lift and underbody protection.

Other features include a Mopar performance heat reduction hood, Mopar half-door kit, a Mopar/Warn 9.5 Cti winch and an AEV ‘F-1’ leather seat trim kit.
