Even in the event that you were not hurt, most drivers would probably be too shaken and terrified to move after experiencing a severe crash that results in a car rolling over several times on the road before coming to a stop on its side.

Not necessarily Chuck Norris approved. If it is Russia, then liquid courage could be involved. Therefore, nullifying official Chuck Approved status.
Liquid courage probably caused the accident as well.
