A driver's effort to drive around what is claimed to be a dead cat in the middle of the road, had an unwanted outcome as the black sedan's front wheel hit a concrete slab, which sent the car crashing into the handrails.

What were they thinking? It seemed obvious the cat was dead. Just straddle it with with the wheels.
I don't blame the driver. I could've been an exploding manhole.
