Pitting an exotic sports car against a jet fighter to see which one is the fastest on the tarmac, is something that has been done before by – you guessed it, the chaps over at the original Top Gear when they brought together a Bugatti Veyron and the Euro Fighter back in 2007.
Nevertheless, this is a challenge you never get tired of seeing, especially when you have new opponents.
So who is the perpetrator this time? It’s Danish auto magazine Bilmagasinet, which wanted to see if the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 could beat an F-16 Fighting Falcon on an airstrip.
