Thanks to some revealing spy shots, a couple of official teaser videos and of course, the knowledge that the 2011 Takeri Concept was created to preview the new Mazda6, we have a pretty good idea of what Mazda's new mid-size model will look like.
Nevertheless, if your imagination isn't cutting it for you, the photoshop-happy folks over at PS-Garage have put together a realistic looking rendering of the 2014 Mazda6 in a Station Wagon body style.
The Japanese brand's new contender in the admittedly crowded mid-size car segment will compete with rivals like the Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Chevrolet Malibu and Ford Fusion in North America, and VW Passat, Opel Insignia and Toyota Avensis in Europe and other parts of the world.
We will likely see the Mazda6 makings its online debut a few weeks ahead of its first public getaway at the Paris Motor Show in September.

Look alike volvo
That rendering is very wrong. . . all I see is a last gen mazda 6 with a CX-5 front fascia. It's wrong. The front grille will dip lower. The headlights are shaped differently and have a more aggressive "kink" closer to the grille. The metal "wing" accent will be more pronounced and it will settle sharply above the headlights. And finally the front wheel arch and fender will be more organic with an additional "swooping" line that fades into the front doors.
It's wrong. . . the new 6 will be much better looking, lower, and more aggressive.
I love wagons. It just needs to have 280+hp and AWD

C'mon, why post a photoshop when its not accurate at all? See the spy shots and teaservids, de signature wing won't go through the headlights, the fronfenders aren completely different and it has different lines on the sides.
