Lexus wasn't supposed to reveal the new 2013 LS sedan before Monday, July 30, but the release of two images from a Chinese website on Thursday appears to have convinced the Japanese company to give us another look at the full size sedan.
Looking at all three pictures, it becomes increasingly evident that what we have here is a mid-life makeover and not an all-new model with Lexus giving the LS a more dynamic fascia featuring the brand's spindle grille a restyled rear end.
We have yet to see the interior while judging by the model range announced by Lexus, the 2013 LS will likely continue with the same engine lineup.
What's new is the introduction of the LS 460 F SPORT which is pictured in both the leaked images and the official photo released by Lexus today. It is very likely that along with the styling kit, the sportiest model of the LS range will boast chassis upgrades similar to the ones featured on the new GS F-Sport models.

So all their cars basically look the same now just different sizes. Horrible
They all look the same now ... not much different from the GS to differentiate ...
It looks pretty good actually
Fu*k,i thought it was a whole new car :(
same here but its just a re-skin :(
My interest all went out the window upon discovering that's it merely a refresh.. disappointing, Lexus.
Concept design language filters down to production vehicles.
May not be 'all new', but we are probably getting a look at the new facade of the Lexus brand. Sure doesn't look generic now.
2013 Lexus LS: No.1 choice of rappers everywhere
it's look like lexus engineer doesnt make any major change on this car,
I have one interesting info,
"Lexus already make the model for 2013,but it doesnt make any big change on the model. The shape still have the characteristic of lexus, but the chassis and bodyframe still using the old one. However,it will be weight improvement on the chassis to improve the stability. There are none of info about the engine, but in fact, the newest engine is fast and have enough torque. Moreover, Lexus promises to make significant improvement for the traction."
