Once upon a time, not too long ago, you could easily find yourself in lots of trouble if some dastardly individual wanted to pull an insurance scam, let's say, by pretending to be hit by your car since it could be difficult to impossible to prove your innocence.
Nowadays, with the right equipment, which by the way, won't cost you an arm and a leg, frauds of this sort can be easily identified and resolved.
Take for example this Asian youngster who came running towards a vehicle and jumped on the hood acting as if he (or she) was hurt. What the scam artist didn't know is that the driver had fitted a camera on the dashboard that recorded the entire incident.
We're not sure where the fake accident took place, though the description of the video is in traditional Chinese (if you happen to know, leave a comment below). The video poster also notes that the incident occurred on August 23, 2012, and not in 2010, as seen in the footage.

Fortunately, this specific idiot DOES NOT represent the whole inner, and often outer, beauty of the people residing on the island but he does belong to a fringe of retards who do these things in the attempt to steal some dollars from people due to total lack of other skill and an overdose of laziness to learn any new one. Not very common in Taipei, but enough common in GaoXiong and TaiChung, where this type of fauna is easier to be seen. Had he been Chinese he'd have had a knife or a gun.

Ha ha! I live in Taiwan and this has been on the news for the last two days. "He" is actually a woman. She was at a nearby hospital and she had a fight with her girlfriend. The police think that she was trying to fake an accident to scare her girlfriend! It happened in Gao Xiung ( Kao Hsiung ), the southern part of Taiwan. Funny!
