To explain, "Cherchez la Femme" is a popular French phrase that loosely translates to "look for a woman", and which is often used to suggest that the root of a man's wrongdoing is - you guessed it, a woman.
The root of our personal "wrongdoing" can be traced to an extensive, high-resolution photo gallery of the femme fatales of the 2012 Mondial de l'Automobile in Paris, which awaits your curiosity just below the jump…
In case you are more interested in the metal beauties of the Paris Motor Show, you can check out our full list of automotive premieres with links to the respective stories by following this lead.
Either way, we hope you enjoyed our coverage of the first major international auto show of the 2012 fall season.

I don't know you got taking photos in Paris, John, but they need a few pointers. These model shots are just okay, but the car shots are the real problem. Just tell them to get basic profile shot, plus some low angled front and high angle rear shots. A few cross angle shots are fine, if you know how to do to capture the lines of the car most effectively, but sad to say I can't really tell what a lot of these cars look like from these photos. :-(
Mamma mia!
My favourite is image 88
I am surprised to see that models from the Peking shows this year are better looking overall.
Yep, the rest are some real growlers!
My favorite 71/72 classy and elegant with a nice dress.
Because I would like to eat a breakfast with her.
Nos. 15, 81 & 91 gets my "hard" vote.
Where did they found this mother of three?

No 80 is doing quite a fine job of filling out that bandage dress. 97 and 98 I cetainly wouldn't kick out of bed either.
The Skoda cheerleaders are the worst, though. They're just beat up.
32/33 are my favorites.
