We have seen many videos of Russian drivers trying to overtake motorists at stoplights, but most of those filmed attempts that make it on the internet for our amusement end up in tears and shattered metals.
Not this one, though, as the driver of the black Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG (that's the 6.3-liter V8-powered model with 451 horses and rear-wheel drive) made a sweet pass with a perfectly executed drift without any incident whatsoever.
Check out the short video clip for yourself right past the break.
Thanks for the tip Vassia P.!

The obligatory correction: it's a 6.2 engine, not a 6.3 :)
lucky bastard lost control and turned out to be a successful drift.
The obligatory fanboi correction:it's actually 6.208 :)
details...
acting like a deuche.
russian alpha male...
What you don't drive like that
Sweet move. Dangerous on city streets...but SWEET. I don't think it was an accidental drift. The speed was not all that fast for losing control, and there would not have been an easy way around the car in front. It almost looked like the AMG was going to zip of straight away rather than drift the right turn. I think they were showing off a little bit.
It's called the AMG C63 even though it is a 6.2L so both are correct then.
What a idiot, the train was right around the corner
Rich people , what can you expect ? XD
At least he said thank you!
If you look at the wheels he turned left so he can have space for the drift, if he lost control he would turn right.
It actually looks like a professional drift to be honest.
LIKE A BOSS.......
*facepalm*
Yes, the C63 refers to the engine, but originally because in the "normal" version that could be found in the E63, it produced 630 Nm. (as for my source, a guy in Affalterbach told me:)
how is it that he lost control when he feinted the car on purpose???
