Running across any road when and where you are not supposed to can be dangerous, but doing so during a race is just asking for trouble. Still, how much blame can you put on a kid that's just doing...what kids do?
We don't know where this young boy's parents where during this episode or why there was a superbike race (or at least that's what is being claimed by the video poster) on a street in Nicaragua without any protective measures, but we can say that this was an extremely close call.
Luckily, the biker noticed the boy running in the middle of the road at the lost moment so he was able to let go of the gas and hit the brakes slowing the bike just enough to avoid a deadly impact.
