Now That is One Extremely Lucky Motorcyclist

|

If you only watch the first few seconds of this dash-cam video, you are probably going to think that this accident did not end at all well for the BMW biker, as it looks like he got caught under the vehicle – which, judging from its height and the absence of a visible hood, appears to be a truck.

Try to hang in for a few more seconds and you will be pleasantly surprised to find out that the motorcyclist made it out alive and without any serious injuries.

We cannot be sure from this viewing angle, but there is a good possibility that the rider was somehow able to grasp on the vehicle's bumper and avoid being run over as he is seen in the footage getting up from the front end of the truck.

The fact that he was wearing full gear from top to bottom certainly played a part in dodging some injuries.

It looks like the truck is all over the road, and the silver car in front cuts the biker off and then continues on it's way.
Rider is extremely lucky, but definitely not to blame!

And the family jewels felt that one—big time!!! Love the fact the rider has the proper riding gear on; really made a difference in this situation. The silver car that caused the accident did pullover and he is the individual walking to the rider dressed in dark clothing from afar.

It's hard to say really if the silver car's driver is at fault because you cannot see what is going on before the contact. Maybe the cyclist was weaving... Probably is the driver's fault... but you can't say for sure.

The fact that the silver car DID NOT STOP after contact IMO says a lot. It was an obvious contact with the car being dented. The silver car looked as if he was out for blood.

Truck with camera is merging into the highway, the silver car to left probably didn't see the bike in his blind spot, hit the dude, then promptly fled the scene and proving himself as the biggest d*ck in for that day.
