Tata Group-controlled Land Rover just couldn't wait for the Paris Motor Show to debut its flagship Range Rover series, so following the online unveiling of the premium SUV in August, the British carmaker held an exclusive launch event on Thursday at The Royal Ballet School in London.
If you have already read the new information and seen the latest images released by Land Rover but would like to watch the 2013 Range Rover on film, we have good news for you.
Along with a video from the global presentation in London, we have footage that details the design and the new features of the SUV, while also showing the vehicle in motion during the development phase.
Designed and engineered at Land Rover's development centers in the UK, the 2013 Range Rover is already available for order with first European and North American deliveries to commence towards the end of the year.

Ah.... to be rich.... must be nice.
"there are no fussy, contrived, superficial styling elements" - they say as the camera pans across the tacky fake air intake on the front door
I hate to say it but this is a complete fail. From a design point, it is just a big Ford Explorer. I am a big fan of LED light when tastefully done (i.e Audi R8) but in this revamp Rover, the LEDS are aweful. They should have stuck with regular lights rather than this sorry attempt. As a prior owner of a RR I'm sorry to say this is not the way to get my business back. Rover should be sold back to BMW....
I think the range rover lookalike in the game "Sleeping Dogs" looks better than this! The side profile is brilliant but the front bumper seems so....hate to say this but..American!
BMW got the brand for only one reason! to design there X5 and then they got ride of it. BMW did nothing good for the brand. It was Ford that saved this brand. The BMW 4.4 was a leaky pos as was there 4Wheeldrive etc. etc.
Why is there NO diesel coming to the US? US buyers are warming up to diesel despite average to poor marketing here. With designers winning out, the "shifter" dial, as odd as the Apple 'hockey puck' mouse in the 90's, could have given way to a more pragmatic, if not a slick, electronic, gated shifter where you can also rest your idle hand. And the venerable, old-tech-by-now, Jag-based V8 is STILL squirreled under the bonnet offering a paltry 375 HP. Granted, this motor will definitely work less due RR's astounding and unprecedented, massive weight loss and will return better MPG and acceleration. But this motor should have been revised and updated to at least 425 HP and mated to a new 8spd transmission in time for this phenomenal vehicle's debut. The SC version also remains a bit long in tooth and will soldier on in the hopes that both gas motors will be redone in the immediate future. Still, Land Rover has to be heartily commended on what I feel is a gorgeous looking piece of 4WD sculpture, inside and out. They pulled the stops out to trim its excessive mass while improving maneuverability in sand and on rocky terrain and from the looks of the videos, engineers improved its fording capability as well. Just a job well done that appeals to my lust for the finest piece of British off-road machinery in the world!
