We cannot confirm if this Fisker Karma sports sedan does indeed belong to Justin Bieber as claimed by YouTube user "Speedracer39" who shared the video, but we can say that the owner of this six-figure plug-in hybrid has gone a bit overboard with the mods.
Besides the full-body chrome wrap, the blacked-out alloy wheels and heavily tinted windows, the owner came up with the bright (literally) idea of adding so-called "neon underglow lights" that change colors while the car is on the move.
Speedracer39 recounts his tet-a-tet with the colorful Fisker Karma thusly:
"Last week I was driving home from dropping my friend off at the airport and in the midst of all the horrible Los Angeles traffic I came across this Fisker Karma which had a chrome wrap, with tinted out windows, black wheels, and neon underglow! I couldn't believe my eyes at first seeing someone do this to a Fisker. After getting off the highway I thought about the car since it looked familiar and realized it was the one and only Justin Bieber. The chrome wrap on the car actually looked decent with the contrast of black wheels but the neon underglow was a joke!

I think it just looks cool! Well, if that is Beiber's he might just love to add some punk and style to his car knowing that he loves funky stuff. That passion is even obvious with his choice of clothes and hairstyle.
