This video doesn't really allow us to say with certainty whether the driver of the silver-colored BMW 3-Series coupe (E36) lost control of his car or if he was attempting to force the rear-wheel drive model into a drift by violently turning the steering wheel, but whatever the reason, it didn't end very well…
The Bavarian coupe spun out of control and smashed into the protective wall with its rear end. On the bright side, no human appears to have been hurt in the accident.
A short clip of the crash that was filmed by one of the spectators on the track can be found right past the break.

Failed attempt at a controlled spin and drift.
That WILL NOT buff right out...OUCH. Would have hurt more if it were an e46 M3. Remind me to gun it and drift in something I dont care about first, and then try it in my nice ride. NAHH. I'll pass.
He did a scandinavian flick but not enough to break traction. Poor guy...
