At first, it was Batman and the Optima saloon, and now, for its second vehicle themed after a character from DC Comic’s Justice League, Kia has chosen the fastest human being in the world of superheroes, The Flash, who will be the inspiration for the firm’s modified Forte compact model.

The Scarlet Speedster-themed Forte is the work of West Coast Customs (WCC) and it will make its world premiere at the 2012 SEMA Show, which takes place in Las Vegas from October 30 to November 2.

For the time being, Kia is sharing only a single teaser rendering of the Forte’s hood that sports a custom paint job and what looks like a window to the engine adorned with The Flash’s emblem.

We’re going to assume that WCC must have made at least some modifications under the bonnet to justify the name…

The superhero-themed cars from Kia and DC Comics will benefit DC Entertainment’s “We Can Be Heroes” charity, with the two companies having made plans to launch six more vehicles over the next few months.
