If you were to begin viewing this video from the 20-second mark and on, you would be excused to think that the driver and his passenger simply parked their beaten up Lada Riva Estate (VAZ-2107) in the middle of the road and left to go on to their work or wherever else they were heading to.
Watch the clip from the start, though, and you will be surprised to learn that a couple of seconds earlier, they had just smashed into the black Toyota Land Cruiser you see sitting behind the Lada!
Brownie points to those of you who think you can tell us what exactly is going on here… Video follows right after the break.
Correction: Some of our readers told us that the signs on the road are from Ukraine and not Russia, as originally noted in the title.

No shocks, a POS of a car...why stick around when it likely cost more to tow than to own?
More like dead simple and rugged Lada - the Russians driving these cars don't exactly the money for Golfs and Civics.
it's green light man, I have the right of way, if you block me, I smash you, and I leave the mess for you to clean up, simple, easy to remember.
Stolen car, walk away like you never heard of an accident. Professionals.
