One by one, the Chrysler Group’s LA Auto Show premieres are being revealed online. Following the announcements on the pure-electric Fiat 500e and the 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona, the Detroit carmaker has now shared details on the new Chrysler Town and Country S.

The new minivan model adopts an “S” styling and equipment package similar to the one offered on the 300 series.

The ‘S’ treatment begins with the exterior that is available in four exterior shades (white, red, silver or black), adding a black chrome grille, smoked headlamp fixtures, and dark 17-inch polished aluminum wheels.

Inside, the blacked-out theme continues with the headliner and the leather-cloth seats, while Chrysler has also added a new Blu-Ray DVD rear-seat entertainment system that comes equipped with an HDMI input and USB ports.

A sportier suspension setup completes the upgrades, with the Town and Country S being motivated by the regular model’s 283hp 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 matched to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
