There's a saying among some car enthusiasts about BMW drivers and porcupines. Obviously, we're not going to generalize and apply that trait to all Bimmer drivers, but we are going to say that this is indeed the case with the man driving this particular BMW.
Even if we accept the video poster and BMW driver's claims that the scooter driver and his passenger were drunk as skunks (and that's debatable), what he did next is inexcusable and makes no sense.
What did he do? The BMW driver tailgated the scooter bike and then suddenly pressed on the horn scaring them to the point that they lost control and fell down a small ditch, something that the car owner found hilariously funny….

What an ass! I have been driving BMWs for some years now and I have to agree, some of the drivers behind these cars are the worst kind...
