Honda will be unleashing a host of new production and prototype vehicles and motorcycles at Japan's largest aftermarket event, the Tokyo Auto Salon 2013 that runs from January 11 to Sunday, January 13, 2013.
The first car that caught our attention is the S2000 Modulo Climax study of Honda's roadster model that ceased production in 2009.
It's featured in a Candy Red paint and sports a newly designed front end with a chrome brace-like strip, a new rear bumper and a series of other customizations both inside and out.
As one of its newest model series, the "N" family of mini cars that includes the tall, van-like N BOX and N BOX + models and the retro-inspired N ONE hatch, will be under the spotlight, with Honda to display the cars dressed in both production and concept parts from the likes of its in-house tuners, Modulo and Mugen.
Other models to go on display include the accessorized CR-Z MUGEN RZ, the Step Wagon Modulo Style Concept, the Vamos show model and several racing cars like the MUGEN CR-Z GT.
Full details on all vehicles and motorcycles will be released at the show.

Japanese are specialist of making ugly what use to be a great looking car. Just think of all the Civic models, Prelude, Accord... and now S2000 2013?!?!?
Who buys this crap?
Didn't your mothers used to tell you..? Oh, never mind.
Come on Honda, you have to do better than this. What is that god awful S2000, above?? I wouldn't buy that today - maybe 20 years ago. Bit like that bright spark in the company who replaced the CRX with initially only a hybrid CRZ...! ..and where's the NEW Fit / Jazz?
not bad... it took a second look through with an OPEN MIND, these compact models will certainly fit the needs of the consumers in its designated market.
honda is more reliable than US car makers, Dumb americans wont understand. Cheerz
You got it all wrong. That is a styling package offered by Modulo for Honda S 2000. That's not a new version of the S2000. Modulo is the part's division of Honda Co. and it is offered as a package not as a complete car. It can be fitted to any S2000 no matter how old it is.
Either way, it looks like trash. Like adding a touch of Oldsmobile to your Honda.
