During the Holiday season, if not all, most car showrooms in Christian dominated countries are dressed up for Christmas with traditional decorations, but one dealer in the Dutch-speaking city of Mechelen in Belgium, had a much grander idea.

According to Autofans, the Volvo dealer at Mechelen brought in one of his private cars to put on display on the showroom floor – and not any car, mind you, but a mid-1990s Volvo 850 T-5R conversion into a two-door pickup truck.

The Christmas touch came with the addition of a large pine tree on the truck bed of the appropriately colored Volvo model.

There’s not much information about this 850 T-5R model, but in stock form, the car is equipped with a 2.3-liter turbocharged inline-five petrol good for 240hp (243PS) and 221 lb·ft (300Nm).

Thanks to Autofans for the pictures!
