There’s no stopping the Koreans who seem hell bent to change everything we knew about their automotive industry these past few years.

At the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, Hyundai will soon debut the impressive HCD-14 Genesis Concept vehicle, which it says, “will give the automotive world a glimpse into future Hyundai premium vehicle design, advanced 3-D gesture-based technology controls, and spirited driving dynamics.”

Many of the design elements found on the HCD-14 Genesis study can also be seen on prototypes of the next Genesis sedan, albeit toned down a notch or two.

The very Audi A7-like shaped sports saloon features a clear design with the exception of the front end that looks overdone, while the interior is purely conceptual.

We’ll have more on Hyundai’s newest concept study later in the day.
