If we had to guess, we'd say the that these festive knuckleheads shooting firecrackers from inside their car on the road, are from Russia or one of the neighboring countries.
Regardless of where they’re from, you can hear them at first, and then watch them as well, having a blast (literally) from the recording device of an adjacent automobile.
All seems to be going well for our thoughtless heroes until we only hear but do not see the firecrackers going off. And yes, the smoke coming out from their car and the passengers scramming to get outside means what you think it does…
