From the looks of things, Toyota does not intend to show us its new Furia Concept in its fullness before the car’s world premiere at the Detroit Auto Show on January 14.

Instead, the Japanese automaker continues the teasing with a cropped shot of the sedan’s rear quarter revealing its bubbly tail lamps and carbon fiber boot lid spoiler.

The only piece of information we get from Toyota today regards the way the automaker will present the Furia at its Detroit motor show booth:

“It will be revealed using a custom-built structure housing thirty of Samsung Display’s new 46-inch transparent LCD screens,” the company said in a statement. “Toyota will be the first automotive company to use this technology to reveal a vehicle at a major international auto show.”

While Toyota may be coy about the Furia, we believe it may hint at the design direction for the new North American market Corolla sedan.
