In this video, an Opel Frontera and a Nissan Patrol are seen submerged under water and ice, with a group of men trying to get them out using chainsaws, ropes and a tractor.
We can only guess how the accident happened, but it looks like they were trying to cross an ice covered section, under which there was a body of water. We did not see anyone inside the cars, so we assume (and hope) that the drivers and passengers managed to get out without any injuries.
