If you had any doubts that Bugatti belongs to the same group as the makers of the legendary Beetle, just take a look at this, admittedly humorous, but at the same time, high-quality digital rendering, from the creative minds at RC82 Workchop.
The Polish artist(s) incorporated all the design cues of the original (or classic) Volkswagen Beetle, from the deep-dish steel wheels and bug eyes, to the window frames and exterior door hinges, on the shape of the Bugatti Veyron hypercar.
Do you think it would be worth someone's time, work and money to actually build a real-life version of the Bugeyron or whatever else you want to call it?

Such a refreshing look, I would love a bio-diesel electric hybrid version as well.
It's beautiful, but if brought to fruition you thought getting in and out of the Lotus Elise was bad...
That works
I friggin love it. Whomever is behind creating such work is very talented. Bravo!
lol no way anybody is going to buy this..no matter what the price
im sorry beetle fans but this is just ugly to me
I have no idea why I love it but I do.
Volkswagen puts the BUG in Bugatti!
:o)
Love it! This would be the Veryron if build in the forties!
You are not a car buff, you are a about as narrow minded as Ted Nuggent. It's a conceptual idea, tongue in cheek rendition of two completely different cars in every aspect, and just read again what you said. Dumb eh.
I honestly prefer this to the standard Veyron... Put some gullwings on it and you're laughing.
poor beetle
don't mix a legend with fucking mainstream!
i was replying to carscoop's question and if you haven't already noticed i stated this is ugly "TO ME", if you like it so be it, if you think this is creative, okay then, i never said "hey everyone i hate this so lets all hate this okay?"
also, im not quite sure how does being dumb has anything to do with a comment typed out using a keyboard.
lol no way ANYBODY is going to buy this. - your words.
again, i replied carscoop's question, and you really think someone would pay for this? please be realistic.
It's ugly to me too but at the same time, kind of beautiful (can't explain it). Dave is a know it all eh?
