Drivers from Russia and the surrounding countries often receive a lot of flak for not paying attention to pedestrians, but that's not always the case.
Take these two women for example. Not only do they walk on the road instead of the pavement, but also in their hurry to get on a tram that had stopped further down, they completely disregard the cars – and that's something you don't want to do, especially during winter months when ice and snow cover the roads.
The result is that the driver in the car with the dashboard-mounted camera hit one of the women, despite trying to warn them repeatedly with his horn and swerving the vehicle to avoid the crash.
Fortunately, the two women were not hurt as we see both of them running towards the tram (at the 1:35 mark) in the video.

God, look at all that snow! I am so glad I moved to California. Don't have to mess with that stuff anymore. That lady was determined to make that Tram! Nothing was going to slow her down.

the excitement ended when she sat down on the tram, then WTF! my ass, oh my ass.
Bet she was sore as a boil the next morning!Good thing she was standing on ice which allowed her to be pushed forward at the point of impact!Hope she's okay.
