For what it's worth, the same thing crossed our minds as well, until we looked it up on a couple of Russian forums.
As it turns out, the driver of the Japanese model is simply trolling other road users by hanging a dummy dressed in regular clothing on the passenger side of his car.
Makes you wonder what will they think of next…

Did anybody notice that wheels are not turning! I am going to stop viewing these videos and just read the articles on cars and the auto industry from now on.
Seems like the rear wheels are stationary. I know about camera works and capture speed, but u can surely see motion with the front wheels but not the rear...
even the front ones are not moving if you look too carefully especially in the decelerated takes.
