Be prepared for a really, really good laugh everybody; be that with the protagonist of the video, the person recording it from the telly or both…
What you're about to watch here is a cop (it sounds like this incident happened in New Zealand or Australia, but feel free to correct us in the comments if we're wrong) approaching a bashed up blue car that's parked on the grass of a shopping mall, after receiving a call for a hit and run incident.
The police officer walks up to the car and finds a very cool, yet clearly intoxicated, young man in the driver's seat. "What's going?" asks the cop. "I'm just waiting for a mate," the driver replies.
"Your car is all smashed up and you're up on the grass at the moment…or what?" the cop asks the man, only to receive the same response: "I'm waiting for my mate, he's going in there".
It gets even funnier when the officer tells him, "I'm just wondering about the collision with your car". "What collision?" replies the driver. "The one that's got your wheels and stuff on the grass" says the cop. "Well, I'm just waiting for my mate," says the man!
Yep, it's that kind of a video…Watch it for yourself after the break.
Thanks to Vince and Iion for video update!

Australian - and this guy makes me ashamed to be an Aussie myself

Yeah, Im an Aussie too and I agree. No NZ accents there.
I am ashamed too but its more shameful to admit that he is quite a bit like lots of guys his age you will meet in our country. And, worse, they're the ones breeding.

drunk master was born in NZ, grew up in Aussie outback, cop was born in Aussie Queenland, grew in NZ, laughing dick head is from England, got sent down under as a prisoner.
Considering the guys crashed his car on the side of the road, i dont think this breath test is that random.
Next time you send in a video, leave your idiotic laugh track turned OFF! I couldn't hear a damn thing, then I'd turn up the volume and have this idiot's guffaw blast through my speakers. Didn't bother trying to find the comedic value after attempting to watch 50% of the video.
Didn't you see the policemans badge or hear him say that he was a member of the Victoria Police? Sorry but this happened in Australia, we can only hope that Clint is a Kiwi.
It wasn't visible in the original short clip. The longer second video was added less than an hour ago, hence the "Update" in the title
Its in Carrum Downs which is located about 40kms outside of Melbourne CBD, not a great area to live.
