Facebook user VMax 200 posted a photo, which seems to be a genuine picture of the all-new 2014 Range Rover Sport. Although the car may be mistaken for a tuned version of the Range Rover, there are some details that prove it’s the real thing.

Take the front bumper, for instance. It looks exactly like the one in these spy photos we posted last month. The more inclined windshield is also a good clue, as are the more elongated headlights and the slightly smaller glasshouse.

If you had any more doubts, a second set of images depicting the rear end of the car and which were brought to our attention shortly after by Carscoop reader Bruno, eliminates them: it is obviously more sporty looking than the Range Rover’s, with different taillights and a more raked rear window. Yep, this is it.

The new Range Rover Sport will make its world premiere on the eve of the New York Auto Show at the end of this month.
