Vietnamese Police Demonstrate What Happens When You Fall Off a Bike with No Helmet…

To say there's something incredibly disturbing about this video that was filmed in Vietnam, is probably a huge understatement.

According to media reports from the Southeast Asian country, the shirtless man seen in the clip was arrested and handcuffed purportedly for sitting backwards on the motorcycle (at least that's what we understand, if you think you can help with the translation, tell us in the comments), which itself, wouldn't be newsworthy.

What happened next, though, is, as the police officers not only repeatedly tased the man, but one of them placed him on the bike and tipped him over to the ground - head first…

The incident took place on March 3, 2013, with the video having since hit the news. According to reports, the local police chief is aware of the incident and says he has begun an internal probe into the actions of the officers seen in the clip.

he was trying to put his face on the exhaust...right?

ok, here's what the shirtless man said, I'm taking a dump, so I don't dress properly, you cops need to follow procedure and write my a ticket.

when he was flipped onto the ground, he said, F.U. cop, if I die, it's your fault.

from the look of it, I know most unemployed men from there are drunk during the day, the cops are mostly thugs, put these two together and we have something like this.

Why is this even on Carscoop? And don't say 'Because there's a bike in the video'. It's got absolutely nothing to do with cars or bikes

Carscoops, should be scoops about cars.

But non-scoops about non-cars?

Facepalming myself in disbelief, as I realise I am commenting on that...
