One of the saddest moments in the history of Formula 1, and motorsports in general, was the death of the great Ayrton Senna on May 1, 1994, after the Brazilian pilot’s Williams F1 crashed into a concrete barrier during the San Marino Grand Prix at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Italy.

If you happened to have noticed the date today, it’s May 1, which means it’s been precisely 19 years since the legendary F1 pilot’s untimely death.

The team from Hungary’s TotalCar Magazine prepared a special video in honor of Senna, starring professional touring car driver and WTCC Rookie of the Year 2011, Norbert Michelisz, who talks about the late Brazilian F1 pilot, while also driving one of the cars that Senna helped to fine tune during his stint at Honda, the NSX, at the Hungaroring circuit near Budapest. You can check out the video for yourself, right below the break.

Thanks to crew from Totalmagazine for the heads up!
