If you ask me, the second movie in the Fast and Furious franchise, called “2 Fast 2 Furious”, was by no means a worthy successor to the original. The choice of cars was silly (pink convertible Mitsubishi Eclipse among others), and so were the incoherent plot and contrived story.

Now, while the movie itself was the furthest thing from being a reference point in the genre of street racing videos, there’s nothing wrong with owning and driving the exact car driven by Paul Walker in the movie – another Mitsubishi, the lime-green Evo VII complete with large spoiler and side skirts that made the tarmac glow (hidden neon lights).

The car is a genuine Evo, unlike most of the cars used on the set that were regular Lancers, and it has only done 844 miles since new, so it;s basically new and fully drivable. Even better, it has no performance modifications to speak of, so one could buy it and enjoy the reliability of a stock car, or go crazy with it and make it go as fast as the movie says it should.

If you’re interested, it’s awaiting purchase on eBay, where it’s currently going for $39,995 (€30,700). We also found a video of the car from the actual movie – check it out below as well as the extensive photo gallery.
