Due to its mainstream nature and lack of a performance variant, there's not a lot interest in the Hyundai Elantra from the tuning industry. India's DC Design, though, isn't one to shy away from low-key models, having recently customized the Dacia / Renault Duster and even the Nissan Versa / Sunny sedan.
It's visual makeover of the Elantra sedan, which some of you may know as the Avante in other parts of the world, begins with a flat black paint job and kitschy red accents on the profile, side skirt trims, the surround of the re-done lower part of the rear bumper and the front end of the car that gains a new grille along with a pair of moustache-vents.
A new set of larger alloy wheels and aluminum-trimmed exhaust finishers round out the outside tuning job.
The same color theme is found inside where DC Design dressed the Elantra's cabin in red leather seats and plastics on the dashboard, steering wheel and door panels, and added what looks like Alcantara on the headliner and carbon fiber trims.
