Maserati is looking to increase its annual sales to 50,000 cars in 2015, which may be peanuts for German premium carmakers, but it’s a huge deal for the Italian company that only delivered a little over 6,200 vehicles last year.

The only way to kick start a sales bonanza is to renew your current portfolio and enter new segments, and that’s what Maserati has been doing with the next generation of its Quattroporte flagship and the all-new Ghibli mid-size sedan that will both try to woo drivers bored with a sea of BMWs, Mercedes’ and Audis on the roads.

Another important step to increase sales is marketing and the Trident brand has steadily come out of its shell embracing the internet and offering its cars for reviews to a greater number of mediums and increasing its presence on YouTube.

In regards to the latter, while it did catch our eye with the two new clips for the Ghibli and Quattroporte, we can’t say that it won our attention…
