It must have been really challenging for a 38 year-old man from Adelaide, Australia, to keep driving his car, as it had no steering wheel to speak of, two flat tires and all while he was high on drugs.

Australian cops pulled him over as he was suspected of having been involved in a hit-and-run incident minutes earlier, yet the discovery of a pair of pliers/vice grips fastened around the steering spindle took center stage…

Furthermore, the man had no driver’s license and no insurance, and the older generation white Holden Commodore was actually not registered at all – it probably had plates, but they were no longer valid. All of the above led to his arrest, though he was only charged with driving without a license and testing positive for drugs, rest assured more will probably follow…

We don’t in any way encourage acts such as this, because inherent danger factor, but honestly, if this guy would have pumped up his tires and not done drugs that day, which made him drive erratically and attract attention, he could potentially have slipped by unnoticed.
