German aftermarket tuning brand Capristo has released a slightly brushed up version of its Ferrari 458 Spider engine window package that now includes a plain power kit as well.

From these pictures, you can see that the bottom area of the engine hood with the windowpane sports visible carbon fiber, while the addition of the so-called “air-box” kit, is said to add 25Nm (18 lb-ft) of torque.

In factory trim, the Italian supercar’s 4.5-liter V8 is good for 562hp (570PS) at 9,000rpm and 540Nm (398 lb·ft) of peak torque at 6,000 rpm.

Capristo didn’t say whether the “air-box” adds any ponies to the V8’s maximum output figure.
