Remember the Mercedes-Benz commercial that used chicken to promote the brand’s Magic Body Control system? It was a funny ad that compared the carmaker’s suspension technology in the S-Class to the “stability” of chickens’ heads when dancing to the beat of Diana Ross’ “Upside Down” song.

Jaguar, however, wasn’t that impressed with Mercedes’ commercial and decided to make it even better. We don’t see carmakers attacking each other that often in commercials (that’s because in some countries this practice isn’t even allowed), but usually when that happens, the results are very interesting, to say the least.

This Jaguar ad makes no exception, and you’ll have to watch it to see why. We’ll only tell you that the commercial promotes “cat-like reflexes” over Mercedes’ Magic Body Control. We’ve also added a second ad from the carmaker’s latest campaign that you can watch after the break.
