A top luxury brand like Ferrari doesn’t wait for international auto shows like the one set to take place in Geneva, Switzerland, in a few weeks’ time to display their new products to prospective (and prosperous) buyers; they just organize their own private events in advance.

The one where they showed off the redesigned and upgraded California T, took place over two evenings at the Casa Natale Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy, where more than 800 “select Prancing Horse clients” (Ferrari’s words, not ours) saw the car for the first time, well before any of us.

As a reminder, Ferrari’s retractable hardtop convertible has been freshened up cosmetically with styling elements that draw inspiration from the FF and F12berlineta supercars, while also gaining a new turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 mill with 560PS or 552hp.
