The Audi TT was met with controversy when it first came out around the year 1995 (as a motor show concept). It was a big departure for the ring-badged manufacturer, and one that sat on fourth-gen Golf underpinnings, a fact that made it unpopular in some circles. It was launched officially in 1998 or 1999, depending on the market in question.

Now, with the occasion of the unveiling of the all-new TT at the Geneva motor show, Audi has announced that it will be opening a special exhibit at their museum in Ingolstadt dedicated to all incarnations of the model called “State of the ArTT.” Visitors will get to see eight cars “from production and motorsport” from April 2, when the exhibit officially opens, until May 11.

It will allow visitors to see all TTs side by side and make up their minds which looks/was best. In fact, which would you rate as being the best all-round TT?
