Nissan announced that it will unveil a new sedan concept at the Beijing Auto Show next month, designed specifically for the Chinese market. A result of a collaboration between Nissan’s design teams from China and Japan, the yet-to-be-named concept is related to the carmaker’s studies from last year: the Resonance, Friend-Me and Sport Sedan Concept.

The new study is teased in a new video in which Nissan’s executive design director Mamoru Aoki explains how the concept builds on the design themes found in Resonance, Friend-Me and the Sports Sedan Concept.

Towards the end of the video we get to see the new sedan concept under a sheet, with the only distinguishable element being the headlights, which appear to be similar to those seen on the Friend-Me study. Scroll down to watch the clip.
